Here’s a little insight:

I've now been a fitness professional for 10 years. I only started training and getting my qualifications when I hit 40 and have never looked back. I love teaching fitness and I really enjoy helping people become stronger and fitter, not only their bodies but for their mental health too.

I started my early career in late teens and into my 20’s as a professional dancer. I then had my 3 daughters in my 30’s doing lots of part time office work in different places and decided on a career change to this in my 40’s.

I now have my own little business running online ‘live’ workouts and pre-recorded/on demand monthly subscriptions.
