Service Description

A 45 minute class to match what you may do in the gym. Learning progressive overload ie using a weight which is challenging you. Doing each exercise in sets and rounds ie 20 reps x 3 times over. Mixing it up from deadlifts to weighted squats and upright rows with Abs thrown in too.

Cancellation Policy

I would really appreciate 12 hours notice of any cancellation and then this can be transferred to another class of your choice. However if its less than 2 hours before, no refund will be available
