Low intensity Interval Training As above with Hiit, however no jumping and on occasions using weights to get the heart rates lifted. Again, working in intervals such as 30 seconds of work with a 15 second rest.

I would really appreciate 12 hours notice of any cancellation and then this can be transferred to another class of your choice. However if its less than 2 hours before, no refund will be available
