Pilates is great for strengthening your core, improving your balance emphasising on alignment, stability and breathing. This can range from Beginners, to Intermediate to Advanced exercises. Pilates can also help lengthen and strengthen and helps eliviate injuries like lower back and neck issues. Working on posture and keeping the body and mind strong.

I would really appreciate 12 hours notice of any cancellation and then this can be transferred to another class of your choice. However if its less than 2 hours before, no refund will be available
