Pilates can also help lengthen and strengthen and helps eliviate injuries like lower back and neck issues. Working on posture and keeping the body and mind strong.

I would really appreciate 12 hours notice of any cancellation and then this can be transferred to another class of your choice. However if its less than 2 hours before, no refund will be available
